My North Star

Discovering and exploring new contexts greatly motivate me. A natural-born curious mind in all things, I navigate branding, illustration, research, service design, and writing with enthusiasm.

I am excited to continue my journey, exploring new horizons and creating experiences that inspire and delight people worldwide.

Summary

What I've accomplished so far

At Inter&Co, I am dedicated to the operation of the investment product aimed at the US conducting market analyses and designing intuitive solutions that maximize the perceived impact of investments for US residents. Additionally, I work on the localization and translation of user flows in English and Spanish, reinforcing my commitment to locally adapted design experiences. This experience has broadened my ability to create global solutions, considering the nuances of different markets and the specific needs of users.

At Mercado Livre, I had the opportunity to work on the Mercado Pago app, creating end-to-end experiences for millions of users in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, and Brazil. By understanding the needs and expectations of users in a B2C environment, my main focus was designing flows by analyzing various cases and their respective impacts in depth prioritizing excellence in storytelling and minimizing product friction. Designing in a localized manner challenged me to understand the cultural nuances of each country. This experience taught me the importance of scalable and adaptable solutions.

In nearly 6 years at Hotmart, my journey spanned about 7 teams, where I was able to capitalize on knowledge and grow with the company. I worked on creating internal products that helped the company become more profitable, redesigning the information architecture of the help center—contributing to CX efficiency while reducing user pain points—and also on payment systems and designing exceptional experiences for B2B market users.

By helping companies boost their digital businesses and achieve significant results (an experience that was fundamental in consolidating my product design foundation), I had the mission of dedicating myself to result-oriented deliveries, with a strong focus on testing and experimentation as value drivers for the customer throughout their journeys on the platform. I worked on projects ranging from onboarding new users to creating growth loops to increase activation and retention.

Additionally, by becoming a company reference, I contributed to creating playbooks and onboarding processes for new employees, sharing knowledge about users and their journeys.

  • Optimization of our funnel to increase activation, reduce churn, and create user reactivation journeys;
  • Integration of MP ecosystem features with our product to enhance engagement and encourage usage;
